The top is solid ripple sycamore, stained grey to emphasise the natural ripples in the wood. Legs are solid riven slate resulting in contrasting textures between the smooth lacquered top and cold rough legs.
The burr oak top is cut on the diagonal so that all four sides feature end grain. Finishing is a natural acrylic lacquer.

The "River" table is 850mm high x 1,110mm wide x 400mm deep x 38mm thick. It is made from highly textured scorched oak and ziricote, has adjustable feet and is finished with a natural acrylic lacquer.
Designed as a lower priced range of tables which feature a beautiful solid wood top mounted on painted (the colour is Forbidden Fruit) mdf legs using handmade solid stainless steel fittings. With angled legs the table can be positioned in two ways to different effect. A range of different woods are available for the top and legs can be painted in any colour.
